Challenge

Shipyard production requires continuous coordination between engineering offices, workshops, warehouses, quality teams and field personnel. Paper forms, disconnected spreadsheets and unreliable field connectivity created significant risks for traceability, quality and delivery.

Engineered system

A role-based web management platform and a field-ready mobile web application were built on the same backend. The mobile experience supports offline workflows, QR and barcode scanning, camera capture, field approvals, technical drawing access and operational notifications.
