A custom conversion layer was built between the CAD environment and the KUKA robot. Geometric data becomes an automated toolpath and then executable KUKA KRL instructions, connecting physical manufacturing directly to a digital workflow.
Robot motion is generated from software-defined geometry instead of manual operator input, making complex parametric production scenarios repeatable from a centralized application.
